Flint Hills Resources has released the second video in the 8-part series on the Bastrop-Austin Texas (BATX) Pipeline project. Senior Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent Randy Couch explains how the team structured ROW planning and landowner coordination from the start.

Working with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and local agencies, the BATX team reduced the number of affected landowners from roughly 96 to 21. Couch details the coordination process behind that reduction and how the team maintained direct communication with landowners throughout.

This series publishes monthly and tracks key developments through construction and commissioning.
